01The project
Full refurbishment of an operating boutique hotel: 137 rooms, gym and spa, restaurant and pool areas.
The constraint
An existing, aging structure and a live hotel, every detail resolved against what was already built, with procurement and client changes in motion.
The move
Interior architecture led at the level of the minute detail: construction details resolved on site, specialists coordinated, hotel operations kept running through delivery.
The outcome
Full project cycle from design to handover of a renewed Tribe.
