A high-end private lodge on the Serengeti: five en-suite bedroom wings, main house, VIP suite, guest lodges, sala, infinity pool and spa deck overlooking the plains.
The constraint
A concept authored by US architects, delivered across ten time zones: project management in the UK and Australia, engineers in Italy and Nairobi, interiors in Cape Town, specialist fabricators in the UK, site in Tanzania.
The move
Carried the project from design development to completion as the coordinating architect, aligning global consultants and craft specialists (copper roofing, fireplaces, bespoke glazing) drawing by drawing.
The outcome
Completed private lodge; letter of appreciation from the developer.
